Overview of Bluetooth USB
Bluetooth USB stands for Bluetooth Universal Serial Bus. It is simply a device that works on Bluetooth. Bluetooth is nothing but a protocol that is written upon devices, to make it work without any wires. So the devices are hassle free. An USB has become one of the most integral components in the system because of its adaptability and comfort ability. USB are now widely being used in memory card readers, digital cameras, mobile phones etc where in the ports of devices is connected to the USB port of the system.
Generally the connection is established using a wire that has the capability of high speed data transfer. Now, when it comes to transferring the data without any wires, a Bluetooth device comes into play. A system and the memory card that has a USB port is connected wirelessly using the Bluetooth protocol. Now again, the connection s established without having to connect any wires to the system and the same work load as file transfer, rename, edit and replacing of files can be done without any problems. Bluetooth USB are more advantageous since they can be connected anywhere and they are not really very hectic to carry. Due to these little facts, the preference for Bluetooth USB over the conventional wired USB is higher.
One major disadvantage of using the Bluetooth USB is that the connection, though established wirelessly is done only within a short range. But easiness always stays with Bluetooth USB.
